Lab Action Teams Summer/Fall 2026
The Lab Action Teams program begins with a Lab Design Kickoff where participants develop personalized Lab Action Plans addressing goal-setting, instructional design, partnerships, and obstacle mitigation. Teams form based on shared criteria like design goals, institutions, or geography.
Program Structure
For 12 weeks post-kickoff, Lab Action Teams meet weekly via remote sessions (10:00–11:00 AM ET) facilitated by Lab Mentors. Participants can choose to meet during summer for design work and/or fall for implementation support.
Each session follows a consistent format: instructors share weekly accomplishments, identify challenges, and set coming-week objectives. The team collectively addresses 1–2 challenges weekly, providing affirmation, collaborative mentored problem solving, and shared accountability.
